Real Madrid Imperivm 2016 is a really – and I mean really – odd strategy game. In it, you manage a sort of Roman-looking soccer team by constructing buildings and developing the team's strategy. The games are played with dice – yes, dice – that you have to roll to see who wins each match.

In the beginning, your operations base (is that what we should call it?) is nothing but an open area of ground, where you have to build gold and mana mines to get resources for creating new buildings and upgrading your players. You won't even have a stadium at the start, but eventually you'll get to build the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

It's the same thing with your squad. In the beginning, you only have 11 unknown players who are all pretty bad, but you can recruit the best players of Real Madrid little by little, giving you more dice for your games in the process.

Real Madrid Imperivm 2016 is a unique and strange strategy game. The setting is ... curious, to say the least, as is the dice system for matches. In fact, everything about the game is just really odd.
